Mrs. Reverend Karen Lundquist completed a "Ministerial Study Course" at the Pacific Coast Bible College in Sacramento California. She completed the following Study Courses, Knowing and Studying the Bible, IPHC Articles Of Faith & Government, Effective Christian Outreach, Pastoral Ministry, IPHC History, Leadership 1, and Principles Of Teaching. She was licensed May 1, 2001, and was then Ordained June 4, 2004, and is currently serving as an Ordained Pentecostal Holiness  Minister. Reverend Karen is founder of "Home Fire Fellowship" a Pentecostal Holiness (CTM), "Church Type Mission" and Pastor, until the Lord relocated her and her family. This ministry was raised for the purpose of establishing revival in a region, to rekindle the heart of God's people, and to minister to the lost. She is the founder of "Embrace The Fire Ministry," a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) ministry since January 1, 2004. This ministry was called by the Lord, and is actively serving in ministries when the Lord opens the doors of opportunity.

Embrace The Fire Ministry was orchestrated through the Lord's instructions. Through the giving of God's people, it provides the financial resources to travel into different cities and regions, to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ according to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. ETFM sends out free monthly newsletters to keep its Prayer Partners informed. The newsletters consist of inspired teachings of the Word of God, occasional Prophetic Words from the Lord, and updates of the ministry. Anyone is welcome to receive the monthly newsletters.

As Reverend Karen ministers, the manifested presence of the Lord's anointing and His precious Glory is always present. The anointing in her is unmistakable and enables her to minister. Wherever she has ministered, she has witnessed God set the captive free, heal bodies, and minister to the broken hearted. She has seen broken and sinful men bend their knees to the King of Glory,  then being set free, renewed, and changed forever.

She believes that focus upon ministries without Love and the Word of God is hype, and it is designed for self-promotion. Reverend Karen shares the everlasting, unchangeable Word of God without compromise, understanding it is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness according to
2 Timothy 3:16.

In 2002 Brother Mark and Reverend Karen's daughter went home to be with the Lord. It was Stephanie's wish that her three boys would continue to be raised by them. Stephanie battled with cancer for three years. In those hard years, it was only God's strength and courage that enabled them to carry on. Mark and Karen understand the pain and sorrow of loss. They understand the brokenness of a child's loss, and the trauma that vibrates  through the family members because of loss. Through all of life's tests and trials, God has been there and has been the very life-source of their existence. As Reverend Karen and Brother Mark ministers together they are keen to the brokenness that is hidden, beneath so many faces.

Embrace The Fire Ministry, was birthed through the life-experiences of "embracing the Lord in the midst of the fiery trials" and not running away from them. The Lord is a
"Pure-Holy-Fire" that purges and cleanses our heart from fear and sin, and He desires His bride to experience and understand what it is to worship and embrace the "Pure-Holy-Fire."

Karen is a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has been invited to speak in Churches, Aglow International Lighthouses, Home Meetings, and Women's Ministries. She has been involved in Prison Ministry, and Bible Studies. She has ministered in North Central California, and Northern California, and is looking forward to ministering in new areas and regions.

Reverend Karen has vision for the lost and needy, those that need to hear the gospel once more. Many in our own country are lost and desperate for truth and love. She is witnessing in her meetings, a powerful moving of the Holy Spirit, as He ministers to all people. In her meetings the Holy Spirit is always present, and at some point during the meeting makes His  presence known throughout the room. His  presence brings an unmistakable weight of His Glory, He brings conviction into the heart of the unsaved and often settles His presence upon many. He ministers to the hurting and those walking through trials. He brings comfort, restoration, and peace, and He rekindles the heart of His people.

Reflections:

The Lord loves His creation, and desires to see His people set free while there is still time.  Jesus said in "Revelation 22:12,&20, Behold I come quickly!" Our hearts should be crying out, "even so Lord Jesus come."

Every day there is another challenge to face, another dilemma happening in our country, overseas, and around the world. But the real battle is within us, because it is satan's plan to take us out! Yet, God imparts to man His Glory! He gives to man His anointing. He beckons man to enter into Praise and Worship. He gives Spiritual gifts of prophecy, knowledge, and wisdom. He coverers us with His great love, He makes all the difference in us! It is time for every individual to arise to their God given potential. God develops in His people, His own strengths and character that will reflect whom He is in us, through the working of the Holy Spirit. Everything we ever walk through should lead us to our future successes in Christ. Our lives are living sacrifices, and we are all " a process in the making." He is the potter and we are the clay.

The Glory of the Lord covers the earth. He is the Glory! The Lord desires to take His Bride into the Bridal Chamber, because it is there we will experience the deep intimate things of God, He wants to share with us. He is drawn to the deep longing in our hearts, as we seek Him through prayer and fellowship. He is sensitive to our needs as He reaches beyond barriers. He makes His self known to those who love Him. He is all together beautiful!

This is an exciting time in the history for the True-Church. God is bringing to the forefront powerful soul winners. He is moving at an alarming rate. New converts are outrunning even the most mature saints. And now is the season for many to take their visions off the shelves they have placed them on, blow off the dust, and take action! If we as God's people will support our Churches, Missions, and God Inspired Ministries, there will be nothing to hold back the outpouring of the Holy Spirit throughout the entire planet. This is the time to get involved. This is the time to get connected into Kingdom Purpose! Reach out to your neighbors, look for opened doors of opportunities to minister the love of Jesus.

There is nothing superficial about a relationship with God. Swim deep into the heart of Jesus, and you will not regret it! One definition for depth is "an explosive charge designed to explode under water! Another is profoundness, insightfulness, and wisdom." When we understand whom God is, we experience true revival, and we will find we possess a continual desire for the things of God. When we know God, something begins to stir deep in the spirit of man. Deep inside the waters of revival begin to stir, and then the release happens! There is a great explosion under the exterior, under the surface, it runs deep. It takes us out of the world's influences, beyond our natural senses, into the existence of whom He is! Nothing else matters but experiencing His presence! He is the Glory, He is the Gold, He is the Silver, He is priceless, and precious. It's all about the Lord. It is all about Him!

Jeremiah 9:24 But let him who glories glory in this, That he understands and knows Me, That I am the LORD, exercising loving kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight," says the LORD.

The Lord is great, and when He shows up His Glory is awesome! We are sanctified by God's Glory, His Glory fills buildings, He shows us His Glory, His Glory is a consuming Fire, the earth is full of His Glory, His Glory appears in the congregations, He is the Glory of Zion, and of all the earth! When the righteous rejoices there is great Glory, He has given us the privilege of entering into His Glory! But we must remember He is the Glory. We are nothing in and of ourselves, but He is everything. He is the Glory and the lifter of our heads!
